The ES3032a4 offers high performance printing from a compact A4
colour printer for large workgroups, but is up to half the size of
competitive machines. At 30ppm colour and 32ppm mono, it is super
fast, quiet and small enough to sit discreetly within the office
environment, helping to keep productivity high and delivering superb
quality.
The ES3032a4 has the essential controls in place to safeguard
documents and to monitor and control printing costs. Print Control
imposes rules on how the printer is used, whilst Secure Erase
protects documents from being accessed and re-printed by safely
erasing files stored on the optional Hard Disk Drive. Secure Print
encrypts files sent over the network ensuring that office critical
information is kept confidential.
The ES3032a4 can print on media from 60gsm right up to 220gsm. This
allows the production of professional documents on high quality
heavyweight stock and 1200mm A4 banners. Standard automatic duplex
(with the ES3032a4dn & ES3032a4cdtn) for double-sided booklet
printing reduces paper costs and improves document appearance.
The ES3032a4 is extremely user friendly. The enhanced LCD display
panel provides users with helpful messages to ensure that they have
complete control over print jobs and the print driver is simple to
use.
